FRUK001. Paul Lancaster - 'Don't Stop Burning' Listen
The first release on Fragile Recordings was originally included on the compilation CD 'Eight Live @ Centro360' mixed by Cass and released as a ltd edition 12" album sampler on the Sabotage Systems label in 2003. Mixing low-slung breaks with acid tech-house the track received major support from DJs right across the board including James Zabiela, Cass, Tyler Stadius, Meat Katie and Dave Mothersole to name but a few, and is Paul's personal favourite (hence the re-release).

Following his recent 'Higher Love' release on the Dorigon label, Swiss DJ & producer Dan Welton returns with another little gem under his Foot Therapy alias alongside fellow DJ & producer Chris Clay. 'Lick My Toes' is pure peak-time house perfection, with an old skool piano, sweet vocals and an uplifting Xpress 2 style riff to rock any crowd and get them reaching for the lasers! On a deeper tip, one of Newcastle’s finest DJs & producers - Steve Linney, follows his massive remix of 'Speechless' by U-Facilities vs. The Man on Climax Recordings, with a late night, tech-house groover featuring a sleazy female vocal and pulsating electro bassline to keep the dancefloor locked into a groove from start to finish. Minimal but highly effective. Quality stuff from 'Scottish & Newcastle's' finest export!

Produced by London-based, Lather, Rinse, Repeat promoters Marc Ashken and Andrew Kilzer under their Mixed Pickles guise, 'Onion' is the type of deep, dubby, house track that you'd expect to hear in a Craig Richards / Tyrant set, with multiple layers of new sound revealing themselves with each new listen, whilst 'Gherkin' is an epic, progressive house track with Alabama 3 style vocals and a dash of breaks and acid thrown in for good measure. Classic stuff in the true sense of the word!
